Job summary

Insight Pest Solutions Northwest in New Mexico seeks a Pest Control Technician to protect homes and families with a proactive mindset and winning attitude. You’ll be the face of our company, delivering outstanding service and building trust with customers on your route.

In this role you’ll earn $18–$20 per hour plus incentives, bonuses, and commissions on new accounts, with a fully equipped company vehicle and expert coaching from industry leaders.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds.
• Safely maneuver through crawlspaces and attics.
• Pass a drug screen.

This isn’t your average technician job. As a Pest Control Technician with Insight Pest Solutions, you’ll be the face of our company, trusted by customers to protect their homes and families. Your main focus will be providing outstanding pest control services maintaining a winning attitude and a proactive mindset. You’ll also have the chance to earn commission by recommending services to new and existing customers along your route.

We give you the tools, training, and support to succeed from your fully equipped company vehicle and expert coaching from industry leaders. Whether you're treating a home, solving a tough pest issue or introducing a neighbor to our services, every day you’ll make a real difference.

WHAT WE OFFER

SALES, BONUS & COMMISSIONS

• 25% commission on new sales, paid on the next check after the initial service is completed.
• $2 per each completed mosquito stop

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• Rotating Saturday's
• Year round work
