Job summary

Insight Pest Solutions is hiring a Pest Control Technician. You’ll be the face of our company, protecting homes and families while delivering top pest control services with a proactive mindset.

You’ll have a company vehicle, coaching from industry leaders, and opportunities to earn commissions on new and existing accounts along your route. A pesticide license is provided with training and testing covered by us.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years old or older.
• Ability to work 10am -7pm and every other Saturday.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (insurable).
• Ability to lift 50 pounds.
• Safely maneuver and navigate through crawlspaces and attics.
• Pass a drug screen.
• Obtain a local Pesticide License (we cover training & testing fees)

SALES, BONUS & COMMISSIONS

• 10% UP FRONT and an additional 25% on the BACK END of the contract value
• $2 per each completed mosquito stop

• Crawl Space referrals:$50 for inspections & another $50 when service is completed
