Job summary

Insight Pest Solutions is hiring a Pest Control Technician to safeguard homes while delivering a trusted, friendly service. You’ll be the face of the company, solving pest issues with a proactive mindset and a winning attitude, and you can earn commissions on new and existing accounts along your route.

We provide a fully equipped company vehicle, expert coaching, and opportunities for growth within a supportive team that values balance, independence, and a positive culture.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years old or older.
• Ability to work 10am - 7pm and every other Saturday.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (insurable).
• Ability to lift 50 pounds.
• Safely navigate through crawlspaces and attics.
• Pass a drug screen.

This isn’t your average technician job. As a Pest Control Technician with Insight Pest Solutions, you’ll be the face of our company, trusted by customers to protect their homes and families. Your main focus will be providing outstanding pest control services while maintaining a winning attitude and a proactive mindset. You’ll also have the chance to earn commission by recommending services to new and existing customers along your route.

We give you the tools, training, and support to succeed, including your fully equipped company vehicle and expert coaching from industry leaders. Whether you're treating a home, solving a tough pest issue, or introducing a neighbor to our services, every day you’ll make a real difference.

WHAT WE OFFER

• Pay:$22–$24 per hour + incentives & bonuses + commission on new accounts

SALES, BONUS & COMMISSIONS

• 10% UP FRONT and an additional 25% on the BACK END of the contract value
• $2 per each completed mosquito stop
• Seasonal bonus opportunities
• Crawl Space referrals:$50 for inspections & another $50 when service is completed
