Job summary

Morgan Properties is seeking a Service Technician for our Fort Worth community. You’ll handle daily maintenance across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliances, respond to service tickets, and keep the property in top condition.

We offer a $1,500 sign-on bonus, up to 50% rent discount, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, and generous PTO. This is a full-time on-site role with on-call rotation.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and vehicle ownership.
• Must live within 30 minutes of the property.
• 1+ year of related maintenance experience or equivalent training/education.
• HVAC/EPA/CFC certification a plus, not required to apply.

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day maintenance across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliances.
• Respond to service tickets and keep the property in top shape.
• Be the go-to person residents trust to get repairs done right.

What You'll Do
