Job summary

Morgan Properties is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep our multifamily communities in top condition. You will handle HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliance maintenance, responding to service tickets with speed and professionalism.

Based in Arlington, VA, this full-time role offers weekly 8-to-5 hours, paid on-call rotating shifts, and strong benefits including health, dental, vision, and a 401(k) with company match. A rent discount also accompanies the package.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of related maintenance experience (or equivalent training/education).
• HVAC/EPA/CFC certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day maintenance across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliances.
• Respond to service tickets and keep the property in top condition.
• Serve as the go-to person residents trust to get issues fixed correctly.

What You'll Earn

What You'll Do Handle day-to-day maintenance across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliances. Respond to service tickets, keep the property in top shape, and be the go-to person residents trust to get things fixed right.

What You Need

• Valid driver's license + personal vehicle
• Must live within 30 minutes of the property
• 1+ year of related maintenance experience (or equivalent training/education)
• HVAC/EPA/CFC certification a plus

Schedule

Schedule Monday-Friday, 8 AM-5 PM, with paid rotating on-call.
