Morgan Properties is hiring a Service Technician to maintain a 806-unit community in Saint Petersburg, FL. You will handle HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry and appliance upkeep, responding to service tickets and keeping the property in top condition.

Earn a base hourly rate of $22.00–$24.00, plus benefits including medical, dental, vision, rent discount, PTO and a 401(k) with company match. On-call pay and growth opportunities are part of the package.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of related maintenance experience or equivalent training
• HVAC/EP A/CFC certification a plus
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Responsabilités

• Perform day-to-day maintenance across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliances.
• Respond to service tickets and keep the property in top condition.
• Serve as the go-to person residents trust to get things fixed right.

What You'll Do

Handle day-to-day maintenance across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliances. Respond to service tickets, keep the property in top shape, and be the go-to person residents trust to get things fixed right.

What You Need

• Valid driver's license + personal vehicle
• Must live within 30 minutes of the property
• 1+ year of related maintenance experience (or equivalent training/education)
• HVAC/EPA/CFC certification a plus

Schedule

Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM, with paid rotating on-call.
