Job summary

Morgan Properties in Laurel, MD is seeking a Senior Service Technician for our 265-unit community. Earn $25.00–$31.00 per hour base pay, plus a $1,500 sign-on bonus and up to 50% rent discount.

Live where you work and share renewal commissions with property staff. You'll handle day-to-day maintenance across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliances, respond to service tickets, and be the go-to person residents trust to get things fixed right.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license + personal vehicle.
• Must live within 30 minutes of the property.
• 1+ year of related maintenance experience (or equivalent training/education).
• HVAC/EPA/CFC certification a plus.
