Job summary

Morgan Properties is hiring Maintenance Technicians for our 168-unit community in Monroe, NC. This on-site role offers hourly pay between $23 and $25 based on experience and a path to strong benefits.

You'll handle HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliance repairs, process service tickets, and maintain a safe, well‑functioning property residents are proud to call home. On‑site living options are available through rent discounts.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of maintenance experience or equivalent training/education.
• Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle.
• Live within 30 minutes of the property.
• HVAC/EPA/CFC certification is a plus but not required to apply.

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day repairs: HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliances.
• Work service tickets and keep the property in top shape.
• Be the person residents count on to get it fixed right.
