Job summary

Morgan Properties, LP is hiring a Maintenance Technician for our 330-unit community. You75ll fix things, keep the property in top shape, and serve residents with timely repairs.

This on-site role offers competitive pay, full benefits, and an on-call rotation. 1+ year maintenance experience preferred; HVAC/EPA/CFC certification a plus; valid license and residency within 30 minutes required.

• 1+ year of maintenance experience (or equivalent training/education)
• Valid driver27s license and reliable personal vehicle
• Live within 30 minutes of the property
• HVAC/EPA/CFC certification is a plus, not required to apply

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day repairs: HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliances
• Work service tickets and keep the property in top shape
• Be the person residents count on to get it fixed right

What you'll earn

• $21-$25/hour, based on experience
• Up to 50% off rent if you want to live on-site
• Renewal commissions shared with the property team
• $300 every quarter through our Morgan Essentials stipend
• $15/day on-call pay (rotating, and always paid)
