Job summary

Morgan Properties is seeking a Service Technician for our 286-unit community in Glen Burnie, MD. You’ll handle day-to-day maintenance across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliances, with on-site responsibilities and responsive ticket handling.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of related maintenance experience or equivalent training/education.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle.
• Must live within 30 minutes of the property.
• HVAC/EPA/CFC certification a plus.

• Respond to service tickets and keep the property in top shape.

What You'll Earn

• $20.00-$24.00/hour base pay


• Up to 50% rent discount - live where you work

• $15/day on-call pay (rotating, paid - not expected for free)

What You'll Do
Handle day-to-day maintenance across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliances. Respond to service tickets, keep the property in top shape, and be the go-to person residents trust to get things fixed right.

What You Need

• Valid driver's license + personal vehicle


• Must live within 30 minutes of the property

Schedule
Monday-Friday, 8 AM-5 PM, with paid rotating on-call.
