Job summary

Morgan Properties is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep our apartment communities in top condition across Town of Charlotte, NY. You’ll handle day-to-day repairs including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliances, and you’ll work service tickets with a focus on resident satisfaction.

The role is on-site with a Monday–Friday schedule, 8 AM–5 PM, with paid rotating on-call. We offer competitive pay ($23–$25/hr), an on-site rent discount up to 50% if you live there, and benefits

Qualifications

• 1+ year of maintenance experience (or equivalent training or education).
• Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle.
• Live within 30 minutes of the property.
• HVAC/EPA/CFC certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day repairs: HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliances.
• Work service tickets and keep the property in top shape.
• Be the person residents count on to get it fixed right.
