Qualifications

• Completed training (degree) as a mechatronics technician, engineer, or industrial electrician.
• Strong foundation in mechanical, hydraulics, and electrical systems.
• Knowledge of electrical engineering, electronics, hydraulics, and mechanics.
• Experience in the rail technology sector is preferred.
• Experience in civil engineering and/or control and safety technology is preferred but not required.
• Field service experience.
• IT skills are desirable; proficiency in German is a plus but not required.
• Strong interpersonal skills: sociable, team player, assertive, and proactive.
• Driver's license is required.
• Willingness to travel (passport required); interest in a long-term working relationship.

After intensive technical training at our facility in Germany, you will coordinate with customers and subcontractors, maintain customer relations through training and technical support, and operate primarily within the North American market.
