Job summary

Cintas Corporation in Grand Rapids, MI is seeking a Service Supervisor to lead our customer-facing service team on route and in-house. Qualifications

• Active driver's license required and valid.
• DOT medical certification required prior to start.
• 21+ years of age or older at hire.
• Customer service experience preferred, sales experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the service team on route and in-house to deliver excellent customer service and maintain product quality.
• Lead hiring, training, development and evaluation of the service team.
• Oversee pickup and delivery operations and ensure efficient route structures.
• Drive a company vehicle to customer sites and assist with lifting and movement.
• Ensure driver compliance and maintain strong customer relationships; manage contract renewals.
