Job summary

Cintas Corporation is seeking a Service Supervisor to lead our customer-facing service team both on route and in-house. The role includes supervising the service team, handling customer relationships, and ensuring high levels of service and product quality while driving a company-owned vehicle to client sites.

You will hire, train, develop and evaluate staff, manage renewals of contracts, optimize route structures, and ensure driver compliance.

Qualifications

• Active driver\'s license required; DOT medical certification may be required
• Be at least 21 years of age
• Provide documentation regarding previous employment
• Experience in sales or customer service roles is preferred

Responsibilities

• Supervise the service team on route and in-house to deliver excellent customer service and product quality
• Hire, train, develop and evaluate staff for performance and growth
• Maintain customer relationships and handle contract renewals
