We are immediately hiring a Bilingual Service Team Leader in our Service Center in Miami, FL — a role that will help us power progress for our customers.

What you will do:

  • You will be based in our Miami, FL Service Center, reporting to the Service Center Manager. You should have experience managing a team of 10+ technical employees, providing functional and technical support, and coordinating activities within the region.
  • Manage a diverse team of multi-skilled technicians, adhering to safety practices and quality standards.
  • Ensure facilities and work areas are safe, clean, and operational; handle purchase orders for parts and service orders.
  • Provide effective and timely support to customers and the service center team; schedule and coordinate fleet and staff deployment for daily activities and projects.
  • Maintain Electronic Daily Timesheets, ensure adherence to business practices and cost controls, and coordinate fleet maintenance, availability, and reliability, resolving discrepancies as needed.
  • Assist with equipment allocation, stakeholder coordination, and provide reports and analysis to the Service Center Manager.
  • Champion adherence to company policies, be willing to travel 20-30% annually, and be on call as needed.

Skills and experience required:

  • Minimum of an Associate’s degree or equivalent experience, preferably in Power Generation and HVAC industries.
  • Spanish bilingual proficiency is required.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, with experience in ERP systems, Salesforce, M3 preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal, teamwork, customer service, and leadership skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask, adapt, and prioritize effectively.
  • Management experience in a diverse, technical environment is required.
