Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will supervise a team of service engineers and technicians, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of service offerings, solutions, and projects to customers. You will contribute to executing service strategy and growth by focusing on cost-effective service delivery and adherence to guidelines. You will also drive service achievements through resource planning, allocation, and implementing standard procedures and safety protocols. The work model is remote (#LI-remote). This role contributes to the Electrification Smart Power division in Texas and involves:

  1. Ensuring customer focus, urgency, and care, building sustainable relationships for growth, satisfaction, and retention.
  2. Developing processes based on customer feedback (Net Promoter Score) to improve customer experience.
  3. Allocating, driving, and monitoring work based on order content, delivery time, competencies, and workload.
  4. Managing a team of service professionals, guiding their development, and ensuring effective organization within your responsibility area.
Qualifications for the role
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering with 6+ years experience, or Associate’s Degree with 8+ years, or 10+ years of equivalent work/military experience.
  • At least 5 years of experience in critical power systems, with leadership qualities.
  • Strong technical knowledge of UPS, generators, PDUs, and batteries.
  • Proven team, project, and client relationship management skills.
  • Knowledge of industry standards (NFPA, ANSI, OSHA).
  • Regulation and legal compliance skills.
  • Technical support, services, project management, quality management, and operations skills.
  • Certifications such as NETA, IEEE, or manufacturer-specific are preferred.
  • Experience in mission-critical environments (data centers, hospitals, industrial facilities) is preferred.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 50-60%.
  • Legal work authorization in the US required.
