Cintas Corporation is seeking a Service Supervisor to lead our customer-facing service team on route and in-house in Tampa, FL. You will hire, train, develop and evaluate staff to ensure top customer service and product quality, while managing routes and driver compliance.

As a middle-management role, you will drive a company-owned vehicle to customer sites and oversee renewal of contracts, boosting internal sales and maintaining strong customer relationships in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma or GED; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Must meet DOT driving requirements including medical certification.

Responsabilités

• Supervise service team delivering customer service, sales and product pick-up/delivery.
• Drive company vehicle to/from customer sites and support route operations.
• Hire, train, develop, and evaluate staff to ensure service quality and efficiency.
