Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Service Supervisor to lead the customer-facing service team on route and in-house. The role emphasizes supervision, coaching, and ensuring top service quality while maintaining efficient routes and strong customer relationships.

The position requires a valid DOT-compliant driving record, 21+ years old, and a DOT medical certificate, with growth opportunities within the Rental division.

Qualifications

• Active driver's license
• Be at least 21 years of age
• DOT medical certification
• Provide documentation of previous employment

Responsibilities

• Supervise the service team providing customer service, sales and the pick-up and delivery of products.
• Hire, train, develop and evaluate the service team to ensure high levels of customer service and product quality.
• Drive a company-owned vehicle to and from customer sites and assist with lifting, carrying and walking in/out of customer accounts.
• Maintain an efficient route structure and driver compliance; oversee key service department areas.
• Oversee renewals of customer contracts and increase internal sales.
