Job summary

Cintas Corporation is seeking a Service Supervisor to lead our customer-facing service team both on route and in-house. The role involves supervising the service team delivering customer service, sales, and product pick-up/delivery, while hiring, training, and evaluating staff to ensure exceptional service and quality.

The position requires a valid DOT-compatible driving record, active license, and DOT medical certification.

Qualifications

• Active driver’s license required and able to meet DOT requirements for driving a regulated vehicle over 10,000 lbs.
• DOT medical certification required prior to start date.
• Provide documentation of previous employment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the service team providing customer service, sales and pick-up/delivery.
• Drive company vehicle to and from customer sites and support the team with lifting and walking in/out of accounts.
• Oversee key service areas: customer relationships, contract renewals, internal sales and route efficiency.
• Ensure driver compliance and a streamlined route structure.
