Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Prior to first day, meet DOT driving requirements and obtain DOT medical certification.
• Must provide documentation of previous employment and have an active driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Supervise service team on route and in-house operations.
• Hire, train, develop and evaluate the service team to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Drive a company vehicle to customer sites and assist with lifting and handling.
• Maintain customer relationships, manage renewals, and optimize route structure and driver compliance.
