Cintas Corporation is seeking a Service Supervisor in Nashville, TN to lead the customer-facing service team on route and in-house. You will oversee service operations, drive company vehicles, and ensure top-tier customer service and product quality across multiple accounts.

The role focuses on staff development, route efficiency, and renewals, with emphasis on maintaining strong client relationships while ensuring compliance and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Active driver's license and ability to meet DOT requirements for driving a vehicle over 10,000 lbs.
• Be at least 21 years old
• DOT medical certification required prior to first day of employment
• Provide documentation of previous employment

Responsibilities

• Supervise the on-route and in-house service team to ensure high-quality customer service and performance.
• Hire, train, develop and evaluate service staff for efficiency and safety.
• Drive a company vehicle to and from customer sites and assist with lifting and walking in and out of accounts.
• Maintain customer relationships, handle contract renewals, and optimize route structure and driver compliance
