Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Service Supervisor to lead the customer-facing service team both on route and in-house. Responsibilities include supervising the service team, hiring, training, and evaluating staff to ensure top service and product quality, while driving a company vehicle to customer sites and ensuring safety and efficiency.

The role oversees renewals and route optimization. This middle-management position features leadership accountability and opportunities to enhance customer relationships

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Active driver's license and DOT medical certification required.
• Experience in sales or customer service preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the service team delivering customer service and on-route deliveries.
• Hire, train, develop and evaluate the service team to ensure high service quality.
• Drive a company vehicle to customer sites and assist with lifting, carrying and access at accounts.
• Maintain customer relationships and renewals, optimize route structure and driver compliance.
