Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Service Supervisor to lead our customer-facing service team both on route and in-house. You will supervise the team delivering customer service, sales, and product pickup/delivery, while handling training and evaluations to ensure top service quality.

This middle-management role includes maintaining customer relationships, renewals, route efficiency, and driver compliance, with direct supervisory accountability.

Qualifications

• Active driver's license
• Be at least 21 years of age
• Obtain a DOT medical certification
• Provide documentation regarding previous employment

Responsibilities

• Supervise the service team delivering customer service, sales, and pick-up/delivery of products.
• Support on-route and in-house operations and drive company-owned vehicle to customer sites.
• Develop and evaluate team to ensure high service levels and quality; oversee renewals of customer contracts.
• Maintain driver compliance and an efficient route structure; build strong customer relationships.

Education

High School Diploma/GED

Bachelor's degree preferred
