The Service Team Coordinator handles inbound and outbound calls related to patient scheduling, inquiries, and sales. This role supports initiatives across ChenMed, ensuring excellent customer service and adherence to policies. It may require in-office presence when needed.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:45AM-6:45PM.

Essential Duties
  • Handle inbound/outbound calls for patient scheduling, sales, and inquiries.
  • Respond to patient questions following ChenMed’s care model.
  • Follow up to ensure satisfaction, escalate issues as needed.
  • Document interactions accurately.
  • Provide prompt, accurate service to foster loyalty.
  • Collaborate with teams across departments to deliver VIP service.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Skills & Abilities
  • Strong business understanding.
  • Excellent verbal communication and active listening.
  • Organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Passion for serving seniors with proactive solutions.
  • Ability to work in demanding environments.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and web-based CRM systems.
  • Willingness to work overtime and travel up to 10%.
  • Fluent in English; bilingual skills (Spanish, Creole, Vietnamese) a plus.
Qualifications
