Overview:

The Service Team Coordinator is responsible for inbound and outbound customer service calls related to patient scheduling, inquiries, and sales. This role emphasizes delivering excellent customer service to support better patient health and aligns with ChenMed's mission to change lives daily. The position may require in-office presence when needed.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:45AM-6:45PM.

Essential Duties
  • Handle inbound/outbound calls for patient scheduling, sales, and inquiries.
  • Respond to patient inquiries following ChenMed’s care model.
  • Follow up to ensure patient satisfaction; escalate issues as needed.
  • Document interactions using web-based tools.
  • Maintain business relationships through prompt, accurate service.
  • Collaborate across departments to promote VIP customer service.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
  • Strong business acuity and understanding of core functions.
  • Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
  • Organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
  • Passion for serving others, especially seniors.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other systems.
  • Willingness to work overtime and travel up to 10% as needed.
  • Fluency in English; bilingual skills (Spanish, Creole, Vietnamese) a plus.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or healthcare setting.
  • Experience with web-based CRM systems is preferred.
