Overview: The Service Team Coordinator handles inbound and outbound customer service calls related to patient scheduling, inquiries, and sales, supporting better patient health and ensuring VIP customer service standards. This role may require in-office presence when needed. The schedule is Monday - Friday, 9:45AM-6:45PM.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls for patient scheduling, sales, and inquiries.
  • Respond to patient inquiries aligned with ChenMed’s care model.
  • Follow up with patients to ensure satisfaction and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Document interactions using web-based tools.
  • Maintain business relationships through prompt and accurate service.
  • Collaborate with team members across departments to deliver VIP service.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Required Skills and Abilities:
  • Business acumen and understanding of core functions.
  • Exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills.
  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
  • Passion for serving others, especially seniors.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related systems.
  • Willingness to work overtime and travel up to 10%.
  • Fluency in English; bilingual skills (Spanish, Creole, Vietnamese) are a plus.
