Job summary

Trane Technologies seeks a Service Systems Coordinator to support job transitions, manage documentation, and ensure work packages are validated and processed to completion. You will coordinate with Account Managers, Sales Administrators, and corporate teams with limited supervision.

The role requires handling order acknowledgements, credit approvals, file uploads, and Salesforce location setup, partnering with various departments to ensure timely progression of each job.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree not required; practical experience prioritized.
• Experience with cross-functional teams and business systems preferred.
• Familiarity with Salesforce and document management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Confirm required documents based on the bid and TIP.
• Process order acknowledgements and credit approvals.
• Upload required files including legal documents and credits.
• Transition jobs based on validation requests from Account Managers.
• Validate requests to transition work packages from Sales Administrators or Account Managers.
• Track job progress and follow up on missing or incorrect information.
• Submit contract management requests to Legal and bond orders as needed.
• Set up locations in Salesforce and attach to accounts.
