Job summary

PwC in Boston is seeking a Service & Support Strategy Manager to shape customer engagement strategies and strengthen revenue growth within our Management Consulting practice. You will lead, mentor, and guide project teams, ensuring strategic planning and delivery excellence across client accounts.

In this role you will analyze customer engagement processes, drive sales effectiveness, and leverage technology to enhance service delivery.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
5+ years of experience preferred.
Strong analytical and leadership abilities.
Proven client relationship management and strategic thinking.
