Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist dispatch in creating work orders, maintain billing notes, and input new equipment data.
• Handle clerical duties like scanning, filing, and managing daily mail.
• Welcome and guide customers in tagging equipment for repairs.
• Manage UPS shipments with accurate documentation.
• Ensure components are stored correctly in the warehouse or attached to Service Work Orders.
• Prioritize safety and follow accident prevention procedures.
• Adapt to new challenges assigned by the Branch Manager.
• Work as a team member reporting to the Branch Manager.
