Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Two years of education and/or experience in a related field.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.
• Safety-conscious and self-motivated.

Responsibilities

• Assist dispatch with work orders and billing notes.
• Handle clerical tasks including scanning, filing and mail.
• Greet customers and tag equipment for repairs.
• Manage UPS shipments and documentation.
• Store and attach components to service orders.
• Adhere to safety procedures and adapt to tasks from Branch Manager.
