• Experience with ERP/CRM/order management or service ticketing systems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Strong written and verbal communication; detail-oriented.
• Ability to learn new software quickly and work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Respond to calls, emails, and service requests professionally and promptly.
• Process parts orders, quotes, returns, and service requests.
• Dispatch service calls to field technicians and coordinate scheduling.
• Create, update, and close service tickets; track status.
• Research parts availability and order status; maintain documentation.
• Escalate issues when needed; share daily reports.
