Job summary

Unlimited Service Group is seeking a detail-oriented Service Support Specialist in Boise, ID. Starting pay ranges from $21 to $25 per hour, with duties spanning dispatch support, billing notes, and equipment data entry.

You will greet customers, help tag equipment for repairs, and coordinate UPS shipments in a fast-paced branch environment. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma and at least two years of related experience, plus strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years of education and/or experience in a related field preferred.
• Excellent customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills required.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.
• Safety-focused mindset and ability to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Assist dispatch in creating work orders and updating billing notes.
• Input new equipment data and maintain records.
• Handle clerical tasks like scanning, filing, and mail management.
• Guide customers in tagging equipment for repairs.
• Manage UPS shipments with accurate documentation.
• Ensure warehouse components are properly stored and linked to work orders.
• Follow safety procedures and branch guidelines.
• Support the Branch Manager with new challenges as needed.
• This is a non-supervisory role reporting to the Branch Manager.
