General Parts is seeking a Service Support Specialist to be the backbone of our Kansas City branch. Starting pay is $22-24/hour, with duties spanning dispatch support, clerical tasks, customer guidance for repairs, and warehouse coordination.

This non-supervisory role reports to the Branch Manager and emphasizes teamwork, safety, and accurate documentation. You'll handle UPS shipments, billing notes, and data entry, while maintaining a professional customer-focused approach.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years of education and/or experience in related field.
• Strong customer service, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check required.
• Prioritize safety in all duties and work independently.
