The role includes assisting dispatch with work orders, clerical duties, customer guidance for repairs, and logistics for UPS shipments, with a focus on safety and efficiency. Reporting to the Branch Manager, this non-supervisory position offers room to grow within a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum two years of education and/or experience in a related field.
• Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check required.
• Safety-first attitude a must.
• Self-motivated and organized with ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Assist dispatch in creating work orders and updating billing notes.
• Handle clerical duties such as scanning, filing, and mail management.
• Welcome and guide customers in tagging equipment for repairs.
• Manage UPS shipments with accurate documentation.
• Ensure warehouse components are stored correctly and attached to Service Work Orders.
• Prioritize safety and follow accident prevention procedures.
• Accept new tasks from the Branch Manager.
