Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Two years of education and/or experience in a related field.
• Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Successful completion of a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.
• Safety-first attitude in all tasks.
• Self-motivated and organized; able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Assist dispatch in creating work orders and maintaining billing notes.
• Input new equipment data and manage related documentation.
• Welcome and guide customers in tagging equipment for repairs.
• Manage UPS shipments and ensure proper documentation.
• Maintain warehouse organization and attach items to Service Work Orders.
• Prioritize safety and follow accident prevention procedures.
• Embrace new challenges assigned by the Branch Manager.
