Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Two years of education and/or related field experience.
• Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Pre-employment drug screen and background check required.
• Safety-first attitude and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Assist dispatch by creating work orders and maintaining billing notes.
• Input new equipment data and manage office duties.
• Welcome and guide customers tagging equipment for repairs.
• Manage UPS shipments and ensure proper documentation.
• Store components correctly in warehouse or on work orders.
• Prioritize safety and follow accident prevention procedures.
• Accept new challenges from Branch Manager.
