Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Service Supervisor to lead our customer-facing service team both on route and in-house, supervising the team that provides customer service, sales, and product delivery. This middle-management role focuses on hiring, developing and evaluating staff to ensure top-tier service and quality while maintaining efficient routes and driver compliance.

Qualifications

• Active driver's license required.
• Must meet DOT medical certification requirements.
• Be at least 21 years old.
• Experience in sales-related roles is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the service team delivering customer service, sales, and pick-up/delivery of products.
• Hire, train, develop and evaluate team members for service quality and efficiency.
• Drive a company-owned vehicle to and from customer sites and support the team physically.
• Maintain customer relationships, manage contract renewals and route efficiency, ensure driver compliance.
