Pep Boys Inc. is seeking a Store Manager to drive service labor, parts, and fleet sales while delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced Los Angeles store.

You will lead service selling and back shop teams, recruit and develop staff, and uphold safety and operational standards. You will be responsible for productivity, profitability, and shop environment, with emphasis on coaching, leadership, and performance management.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year of experience in automotive service environment.
• Two-year college/technical program or 1–3 years service industry experience with one year supervisory.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to calculate commissions and discounts.
• Acted as a work lead or supervisor previously.
• Ability to work independently and handle customer issues.

Responsabilidades

• Direct, instruct, and manage a team of associates, including assigning, supervising, and appraising work.
• Maintain responsibility for overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of direct and indirect reports in compliance with policies, procedures, loss prevention, safety, and environmental codes.
• Train and coach service selling associates on Customer Care Process, CVIs, and store systems.
• Keep store staffing at optimal levels and recruit for talent as needed.
• Monitor shop productivity, workflow, and procedures with emphasis on efficiency and safety.
• Ensure execution of customer service standards and customer satisfaction programs; resolve complaints.
• Oversee POS transactions, inventory, and vendor payments.
