Job summary

Auto Plus in Burbank, CA is seeking a Store Manager to drive sales across service labor, parts, and fleet, while delivering superior customer service through in-store execution of programs and standards. The role directly supervises service selling and back‑shop teams and maintains shop productivity and safety.

You will recruit, hire, develop, and provide inspirational leadership, directing associates, managing POS procedures, and ensuring pricing, inventory, and vendor practices meet policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• One year supervisory experience and leadership in a service environment.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to work a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Direct, instruct, and manage a team of associates; supervise and appraise work.
• Oversee store productivity, profitability, and compliance with safety and policies.
• Train staff on Customer Care Process and store operations.
• Ensure POS transactions, inventory integrity, and vendor payments meet standards.
• Partner with Fleet team to maintain service relationships.
