Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in a Service Advisor/Writer role, preferably at Brakes Plus
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to develop professional relationships with customers and team members
• Solid knowledge of basic OSHA laws

Responsibilities

• Directly works with customers in sales, service, and customer opportunities
• Supervising technicians and service advisors, planning duties and follow-ups
• Coaching service department teammates on operational issues
• Evaluating performance and productivity of service team
• Managing parts inventory and restocking as needed
• Ensuring store safety and proper equipment layout
