Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in a Service Advisor/Writer role preferred.
• Experience at Brakes Plus preferred.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Directly works with customers in sales, service and opportunities.
• Creates a highly motivated team environment/climate.
• Supervising technicians and service advisors, planning duties and following up on completion.
• Coaching service department teammates on operational issues.
• Evaluating performance and productivity of service department personnel.
• Managing parts inventory and outside purchases; restocking in-house parts.
• Ensuring store safety and maintenance of safety equipment.
• Ensuring equipment layout and positioning within the service department.
• Supervising shop area, equipment and teammates for safety compliance.
• Ensuring proper inspections are conducted.
