Job summary

Johnson Controls, Inc. is seeking a Service Sales Representative to promote and sell service agreements for commercial building systems products, including fire alarm, suppression, sprinkler, security, sound, and inspections.

You will build customer relationships, develop opportunities, and support the sales process from prospecting through contract close and ongoing account service. You will manage a pipeline, qualify leads, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver a strong customer

Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B sales experience with a proven track record.
• Experience selling a service, intangible, or technical product.
• Experience prospecting, qualifying, solution selling, and closing deals.
• Ability to work in a matrix environment and meet quota-based performance expectations.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell service agreements for commercial building systems to an assigned customer base.
• Establish contact with prospects, qualify potential buyers, and follow up on leads.
• Develop relationships to support long-term retention and growth of accounts.
• Create sales strategies aligning service offerings with customer requirements and decision drivers.
• Close sales to meet plan objectives and maintain a solid proposal backlog.
• Conduct building surveys to support estimate development and proposal accuracy.
