The role is full-time (40 hours/week, M-F) with a focus on coordinating preventative maintenance, start-ups, and warranty/service events across the district.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Associate degree or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of field services scheduling experience preferred.
• Ability to use a personal computer and job-related software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong resource management skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to use general office equipment.
• Experience with software scheduling tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist Customer Engineer with rescheduled PM's by updating RSCH customer notes.
• Maintain a master schedule of CE's daily service activity/events on the Managers Board.
• Dispatch scheduled events, warranty, start-up, load banking, special testing, battery replacements, and scheduled maintenance.
• Ensure quality oriented and timely PM completions, start-ups, and service calls.
• Coordinate preventative maintenance for all customers within the District including services by Service Partners.
• Monitor and manage scheduling of CE's and SP events within the district geographic service area; assist scheduling of preventive maintenance, emergency service, warranty, and start-up.
• Assist scheduling of load banking requirements, ordering, pickup & delivery of test equipment.
• Manage site activation/cancellation activity on Service Partner Web for new and pending contracts.
• Provide physical tags to SP to attach to new equipment.
• Review and modify PM schedule dates before releasing tickets to field.
• Monitor and track preventative maintenance for on-time completion and contract compliance.
• Maintain and communicate start-up scheduling.
• Prepare and maintain weekend work calendar/duty tech schedule.
• Provide PM/FCN due reports to CE to assist scheduling PM's and FCN's.
• Other Duties as assigned
