Job summary

U.S. Engineering Service is seeking a Service Coordinator to efficiently coordinate service calls and technician schedules, ensuring a superior customer experience for internal and external stakeholders.

You will dispatch, document, and monitor work orders, communicate with Operations Management, and maintain after-hours on-call coverage while supporting other duties to sustain service continuity.

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum experience in a customer service or administrative role.
• Dispatch or operations experience preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of HVAC systems, equipment, and terminology is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate dispatch, work orders, and scheduling for timely service delivery.
• Serve as primary contact for operations management and technicians.
• Monitor service statuses and document activity daily.
• Audit completed jobs for accuracy and compliance.
• Maintain after-hours on-call schedule and assist cross-region needs.
