Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in service coordination or scheduling

• Excellent written and verbal communication, liaising with technicians and customers

Responsibilities

• Lead daily dispatch of service technicians, balancing skills, availability, and location
• Coordinate with service managers to forecast staffing needs
• Ensure work orders are completed on time and within budget
• Process quotes and assist in presenting complex quotes to customers
• Act as main contact for key customers, handling escalations and scheduling adjustments
• Supervise materials and resources to ensure technicians have necessary parts
