You will respond quickly to customer inquiries by phone, online leads, and live chat, provide estimates and ASR to customers, and advise maintenance recommendations while maintaining a friendly, professional demeanor.

Qualifications

• Customer service background required.
• Proficient in Outlook, Excel and Word.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Punctual, reliable and eager to improve.
• Clean driving record and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Schedule service appointments and write up light maintenance work orders.
• Actively listen to customers, answering their questions, and directing them appropriately as they request.
• Respond quickly to customer phone calls, internet leads through online scheduling, and live chat inquiries.
• Advise maintenance recommendations.
• Confirm scheduled and missed appointments.
