Job summary

Sternberg Automotive Group in Louisville, KY is seeking a Service Advisor Assistant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong customer service background and solid computer skills to schedule service appointments and handle light maintenance write-ups.

You will respond quickly to customer inquiries by phone, online leads, and live chat, provide estimates and ASR to customers, and advise maintenance recommendations while maintaining a friendly, professional demeanor.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Punctual, reliable and eager to improve.
• Clean driving record and valid driver's license.
