R C Lacy, Inc. is seeking a Service Department BDC professional to answer phones, gather customer and vehicle information, and schedule appointments for Ford service. You will help set up loaner cars and verify insurance before maintenance is scheduled.

• Previous Ford dealership experience is a plus
• Knowledge of automobiles is a plus

Responsibilities

• Answering the phones promptly

• Setup pick up and drop off appointments
• Obtain customer and vehicle information
• Clearly report all vehicle symptoms as described by the customer
• Determine and recommend maintenance based on age, mileage and history of vehicle
• Establish follow up time
