Qualifications

• Experience at a Ford dealership is a plus.
• Knowledge of automobiles is a plus.
• Proven record of achieving exceptional customer satisfaction.
• Past experience as a service consultant is a plus.
• Maintain a Service schedule.
• Ability to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Answering the phones promptly
• Setting up appointments
• Setup pick up and drop off appointments
• Obtain customer and vehicle information
• Clearly report all vehicle symptoms as described by the customer
• Determine and recommend maintenance base on age, mileage and history of vehicle
• Establish follow up time
