Job summary

Bellingham Ford is seeking a professional, organized and customer-focused Service BDC representative to join our service team. The role handles inbound/outbound communications to schedule service appointments, send maintenance reminders, and follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.

You will be the critical link between customers and the service department, delivering accurate scheduling, timely responses, and a positive customer experience from first contact through service completion.
